The staff’s practices of clinical excellence made me willing to drive a nearly hour distance for my health care needs. I am quite pleased that I did. Dr. Dickens exhibited compassionate concern and provided helpful resources for my lifelong wellness journey.

This review is for CAN as a company and not anyone at this clinic since they fully disagree with what CAN has done to its transgender patients and are wonderful people. This happened more than a year ago but because CAN ended gender affirming care to comply with an unconstitutional federal funding policy, my care was disrupted and I only now after a LOT of red tape and pain have a doctor that knows how to actually manage my HRT. That's how long it took and that's not even mentioning the community members who don't have the insurance to continue HRT elsewhere. CAN abandoned it's gender affirming care patients to preemptively comply with an unconstitutional policy. Period. CAN did this silently and broke this news to GAC patients through providers with no public announcement. My poor sweet doctor showed me an email to prove she had nothing to do with it. Potential LGBT patients who are looking to get their HIV/prep care here deserve to know that this clinic let a huge portion of our community down when we needed them the most. Genuinely wondering if their headquarters has people making decisions who wish to remove the the T from the LGBT because that's what this looks like.

What a great experience it has been with this facility! Everybody’s so nice and welcoming. Made me feel included and not judged. Ms. Amy is a sweetheart, Anthony is funny and fantastic with his vital readings. Brooke is very knowledgeable and a great person with her clients. And Dr. Alycia Dickens was fantastic. She’s caring and sweet. I love everyone here!

The level of care and effort demonstrated by EVERYONE here floors me every time. It's so rare to do business with people who want to do their jobs. Best medical care I've experienced in life.

All I can say is that everyone that handled my appointment made me feel seen and heard. From Ms. Amy at reception to getting my bloodwork done with Ms. Tee and speaking with Dr. Dickens, it was all a stress free process. I walked in the door and felt like I was welcome and I just didn’t expect to feel so relieved when I left.
